Come join us for a morning of free beginner-friendly yoga, just for the Girls Club.
Choose from a flow or yin style class designed for you to restore, recharge, and reconnect in our gorgeous yoga space.
Whatever your experience level, we tailor each class to you, so you get what you need.
So whether you’ve never tried yoga or you’ve done a bunch of classes already, your mind and body will thank you for taking the time to move mindfully with us.
Just turn up as you are, we’ll take care of the rest.

This class offers slow, gentle poses that help the body find stillness and rest. Great for reducing stress, calming the nervous system, and promoting a gentle stretch.
