What kinds of classes do you offer?
Soma’s range of classes includes yoga, yin yoga, sound healing, meditation, prenatal and postnatal yoga, and embodied movement. The exact line up available on any given week depends on instructor availability, so check out the calendar to see which classes are on.
What training do your instructors have?
All our instructors are trained, certified, and insured in their respective classes. If you have any special needs such as disability or injury, please chat to your instructor so that they can offer you the appropriate modifications. Our goal is to help you move your body safely and well.
How big are the classes?
Our studio can comfortable fit 20 people in a class, but actual numbers will vary from class to class depending on demand.
How much are classes?
Casual classes are $30 per 1-hour class and $55 per 2-hour class. You can save by purchasing our 5 and 10 class packages, or joining our monthly membership.
