Soma Pilates: In this Pilates class, you’ll experience a full-body workout that builds strength, stability, and flexibility. Expect to move with purpose and feel the burn as you strengthen your foundation, improve posture, and boost your energy. It’s a session designed to leave you feeling balanced, empowered, and definitely a little sore (in the best way!). Perfect for anyone wanting to focus on strengthening and stabilising.
Soma Yoga-lates: In this class, you’ll begin with grounding chants and traditional pranayama to prepare your body for a strong 20 minute Pilates sequence. You’ll experience a full-body workout that builds strength, stability, and flexibility, before winding down with a connecting savasana to consolidate the conditioning and start your weekend right. It’s a session designed to leave you feeling balanced and empowered, with a mind that feels calm and muscles that feel strong. Perfect for anyone wanting to focus on strengthening and stabilising.
Soma Strong: Start your day with energy and intention in this invigorating morning Vinyasa flow designed to stretch your skills and build on yoga foundations of balance, strength, and focus. Connect breath with movement through a dynamic sequence designed to wake up the body, clear the mind, and boost your mood. You will build strength, flexibility, and focus, leaving you feeling refreshed, empowered, and ready to take on the day. Although open to all levels with options to modify or deepen your practice, please note that for those new to yoga or returning from injury, our Flow or Slow classes are a more suitable and supportive option.
Soma Strong Flow: A Vinyasa-based flow with Hatha that connects breath with movement using dynamic sequences without the more difficult asanas of Soma Strong. This class actively builds strength, flexibility, and focus, and inviting your body, mind, and heart in union. Faster and stronger than our Soma Flow, this class is still easily adapted for those new to yoga or returning from injury if you prefer a more invigorating practice of yoga.
Soma Flow: A chance to step away from you busy day and reconnect with a sense of calm. Our Flow is a Hatha-based class offering a soothing blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness to release tension and restore inner balance. Flowing transitions between asanas keep your mind focussed and your body satisfied. The perfect practice to ground your energy and carry you through the rest of your day with ease. All levels are welcome.
Soma Hormone Balance: This specialised yoga class combines gentle movements, targeted poses, and mindful breathing to support your body’s natural hormone regulation. Through stress reduction, nervous system support, and gentle stimulation of the endocrine system, you’ll experience a practice designed to help ease symptoms like irregular cycles, mood fluctuations, and energy imbalances. Leave feeling more grounded, centered, and in harmony with your body’s natural rhythms. Best suited to those with yoga experience.
Soma Slow: Slow flow classes blend the mindful transitions of Vinyasa with the longer held poses of Hatha, slowed right down for a gentler, more flowing practice. Ease into your day with this gentle, grounding flow designed to awaken the body and calm the mind. This class blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and longer-held postures to help increase flexibility, reduce tension, and set a peaceful tone for the rest of your day. Perfect for all levels, especially those looking for a slower, more intentional practice, or those concerned about their joints.
Soma Hatha: This traditional Hatha class combines chanting and sacred sound, mindful movement, conscious breath, and meditation. Each posture is held for multiple breaths, inviting you to feel, listen, and harmonise your body, mind, and spirit. More actively static than our other classes, you will build strength, focus, and mental and emotional resilience. Open to all levels, but if you are returning from injury, please be gentle with yourself and respect your injury’s limits, as longer held poses can carry higher risks.
Soma Yin-Yang: This Yin/Yang class blends 30 minutes of dynamic, energising movement to build strength and vitality with 30 minutes of soothing Yin practice to deepen relaxation and flexibility. The first half of the class will get your body moving and your energy flowing, while the second half invites you to slow down, release tension, and connect with a deeper sense of calm. It’s the perfect balance of effort and surrender, leaving you feeling both invigorated and deeply relaxed.
Soma Yin: Yin Yoga is a deeply meditative practice that works with the body’s fascia and connective tissues, inviting stillness and space for inner exploration. Poses are held for several minutes to gently open the hips, spine, and shoulders, helping to restore mobility and enhance energetic flow through the body’s meridian lines, as understood in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This practice also weaves in Ayurvedic wisdom, offering seasonal or dosha-balancing themes to support harmony in both body and mind. With the use of props for comfort and support, each class becomes a deeply nourishing experience—ideal for releasing stored tension, regulating the nervous system, and reconnecting with your inner rhythm. Suitable for all levels.
Soma Yin with Sound: This class combines the regulating, releasing benefits of Yin classes with sound healing for a deeper, more restorative healing experience. Suitable for all levels.
Soma Restore: Slow down and soften with this deeply relaxing practice designed to soothe the nervous system and support healing. Restorative Yoga uses props to fully support the body in gentle, long-held poses, allowing you to rest, reset, and release physical and mental tension. This class is perfect for all levels and anyone seeking stillness, stress relief, and a sense of calm.
Somatic Meditation: A movement-based exploration of your inner landscape through embodied awareness and mindful enquiry. Rather than following set sequences, you’ll be guided to explore what your body wants to express through gentle, enquiry-led movement and stillness. This practice invites deep internal listening, helping you reconnect with sensation, regulate your nervous system, and discover spaciousness within. Leave feeling grounded, less stressed, and more at home in your body. All levels welcome, no yoga experience necessary.
