How many sessions do I need?

It’s not sexy, but lasting change takes time. We recommend allowing a minimum of 5 sessions to make sure the habits you’re building are ones you can take with you into the future.

Sure, you can just get a meal plan and hope for the best, but have you ever joined the gym then got frustrated too soon that it wasn’t working and quit? Yeah, us too.

The truth is, there is likely a combination of factors that brought you to this point of feeling like you’re not at your best, and uncovering and addressing all those issues takes time. Our goal is for you to feel your best now and well into the future.

 

How does it work?

We’ll do an initial assessment to get a sense of what you and your body need right now, consider your goals for the future, and work out the easiest way for you to get there. After this appointment, you’ll receive a super easy-to-follow meal plan (including how to make grocery shopping easier).

Our ongoing appointments help work out what is and isn’t working in the plan, and updated tips and tricks to overcome these. These sessions are crucial for long term success towards your health goals. Most people need a minimum of 4 to iron out the creases in the plan and make the habits stick.

How much does it cost?

Initial sessions (60 mins) are $190. We take your history, discuss your goals, and make a treatment plan together.

Follow up sessions depend on the specialised program that best fits your needs. Lina will show you the appropriate options in your first appointment, and you can decide together how to best proceed.
