Shakti Womb Dance | Kate Dillon

There’s a spaciousness that emerges when women gather to move in their authentic expression… a quality of holding that allows something wild and true to finally dance free.

Join me for a sacred women’s healing circle in Soma Women’s Wellbeing where your body’s ancient wisdom awakens through movement, voice, and the medicine of being witnessed in your fullness.

It makes perfect sense if you feel hesitant about moving freely. Any woman who has learned to monitor her every gesture would feel this way. What’s actually happening isn’t that you’ve lost your wildness – it’s that your nervous system needs deep permission before it will allow that freedom to emerge.

Womb Shakti Dance creates an environment of acceptance so that inhibitions naturally dissolve. This feminine embodiment practice honours your body as a gateway to wisdom, not something to control or perfect.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Sacred blessing ritual with rose oil and plant medicine allies
  • Heart-opening ceremonial cacao ceremony
  • Womb connection practices to awaken your creative life force
  • Voice activation to liberate your authentic expression
  • Organic movement and free dance to carefully curated primal beats
  • Deep rest and integration in sacred circle
  • Witnessing and being witnessed by other women in authentic expression

This 3-hour-15-minute journey combines ancient feminine wisdom with modern embodiment practices. I hold a nurturing container where transformation happens not through force, but through offering such unconditional acceptance that your body naturally unfurls into its wisdom.

Investment in your feminine embodiment journey:

Super Early Bird: Ends 8pm 28 February 2026 ~ $88

Early Bird: Ends 8pm 15 March 2026 ~ $98

Standard: $108

What to Bring: Water bottle, comfortable clothing for free movement, and an open heart for whatever wants to emerge.

Note: While Soma is an inclusive space, this specific event is for women with female bodies only. Please avoid eating 1-2 hours before and synthetic fragrances.

Accessibility: Soma is accessed via stairs with no lift available.

You don’t need dance experience or to know how to ‘move correctly.’ You just need to arrive as you are, and I’ll hold the space for whatever wants to emerge.

Fundraiser for Palestine - "Where The Olive Trees Weep" | Soma

Join Anna and Linda for a screening of Where The Olive Trees Weep.

The producers describe this as a film that “gives background to the current crisis in Israel/Palestine and brings to light the lives of people we met on our 2022 journey in the occupied West Bank. Their universally human stories speak of intergenerational pain, trauma and resilience.

“We hope they touch your heart, stir compassion and understanding, and give rise to a pursuit for justice. For without justice, peace remains an empty slogan.”

This screening is welcome to all. Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

$20 | All funds received to Soma will go directly to the Australia Palestine Advocacy Network.
